1. Clean out your refrigerator!
Look for expired foods, unhealthy foods, or any unwanted food. You might even find food in the freezer that you forgot you even bought. Can't do it all in one day? Each day of the week clean a section out in your refrigerator. Also, check your cabinets and pantries. Either throw out or donate your unwanted foods.
